✅ Returns Accepted Only If:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

📹 Unboxing Video Required

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

⏰ Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

❌ Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

• Change of mind.
• Ordered by mistake.
• Used, damaged, or modified products.
• Missing original packaging or accessories.
• Claims made after 7 days.

💰 Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the wrong, damaged, or defective product was sent by us, we will arrange the return or cover the return shipping cost.
• For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
